I'm Sian...

I am passionate about helping people resolve the issues they’re facing in their day to day life. I wish I’d known twenty years ago how simple it can be to resolve the problems most of us face each day, my life would have been so different!

I use a blend of therapies, to help my clients uncover the cause of their difficulties, eradicate them and transform their lives in a matter of weeks.

I am an RTT Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Silent Counselling Practitioner and BWRT Practitioner based in Essex.

My services can be provided online via a Zoom or video call, or in person at my office. Therapy via Zoom or video call is just as effective as working face-to-face.

“You’re Not Broken—You’ve Just Been Trying to Stay in Control for Too Long.”

I didn’t become a hypnotherapist because I had life all figured out.

I became one because, for a long time, I didn’t.

I always knew I was capable—but fear held me back.

I couldn’t speak up, couldn’t take risks, couldn’t show what I could really do.

I stayed small because I didn’t believe I could be anything else.

Then life imploded.

My marriage ended.

I had to close a business.

We had debts.

My dad died.

All within a year.

But I kept going—because that’s what we do, isn’t it?

We keep moving, even when we’re falling apart inside.

I started over. I built something new.

And along the way, I realised just how many of us live trapped by fear, guilt, or habits that once helped us cope — but now hold us back.

So I retrained in hypnotherapy.

Because I wanted to help people break free from the patterns that keep them stuck — the ones that feel impossible to change, even when you know they don’t serve you anymore.

Now, I help women who are where I once was:

  • Outwardly strong, but secretly battling fear, control, or self-sabotage.

  • Stuck in habits that offer comfort but quietly chip away at confidence.

  • Ready for freedom, but scared to let go of what’s familiar.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

Phobias, fears, and addictions aren’t about weakness.

They’re about survival.

They start as protection — a way for your mind to keep you safe — and over time, they become the cage.

RTT helps you unlock that cage.

It gets to the root cause of why the fear or habit began, and lets you release it — so you can live with clarity, confidence, and calm control again.

Because you don’t need to fight harder.

You just need to let go of what’s been fighting you.

You can lead your life — and your choices — from freedom, not fear.
